Hey, I also have a small box full of china wrenches, pliers, sockets, etc. that I'll trade for a camper...craigslist, here I come! :lol_hitti

I don't see any problem with his organization:

Rubber/plastic things in bottom drawer
Round Shiny things above that;
Long shiny things above that;
And things that go "click" in the top.

Where's the problem?

Looks like my dad's toolbox organization and the rest of his shop. You'll find 30 1/2 wrenches before one 11/16".

Those pictures brought back a few memories. I worked with a few people over the years at different dealerships that kept their boxes "organized" like that. There's no telling how much time and money that they lost every month due to them having to dig for tools.

A couple of minutes here, a couple of minutes there. Almost EVERY time they'd go to the box to get something. That had to have added up to some serious change when you're on the clock.

I know guys who's toolbox/chest look just like that. Adds about an hour+ to any job just looking for stuff.
