I've just finished putting down this product on my garage floor. It's a primer/base/urethane topcoat. When I opened the can of the topcoat there appeared to be something clearly wrong. It's a colored topcoat (light blue) but there was a lot of brownish gunk in there that would not blend in with the blue color regardless of how long I mixed it (see attached picture).
I called Armor Garage and they said "ok it's clearly a bad batch" and sent replacements for the topcoat cans. Then while I was waiting for the replacements to arrive they sent an email saying the brown stuff is normal/expected and I just have to mix it and it will be fine.
The second batch arrived with the same issue (brown discoloration). I had to finish the job, so I applied the topcoat despite suspecting that it was going to be a problem, and unsurprisingly the floor ended up blotchy with very noticeable brown discoloration (second picture).
Now they're claiming it's due to a "mixing error" on my part (the topcoat is a two part, 2:1). I followed the instructions to the letter and am somewhat irritated that they're trying to blame this on me now. Just thought I'd share here and get some input before getting back in touch with them.
