Problem with HPU747, any users please advise

I recently did the floor on my shop, 1200 sqft
I applied 15gal of the norklad 200 epoxy which went down fine and then 24hrs later, applied the HPU747 High Performance Urethane Clearcoat kit... which is giving my issues.

The problem after about 3 days it only reached what i'd estimate 90% hardness. and as of today, its been 6 full days, and its still at 90%. (instructions says full cure, car traffic in 3-5 days)
I can walk on it fine, to the skin is feels fine, but if you try to scratch it with your fingernails, it feels like car tire. pressing with your thumbnail down leave an impression, that appears to self heal itself although it still ends up with a tiny mark.

The instructions quote application temperatures should be 40-90deg.
The hpu747 went on at 65deg, and here in Florida the temps have been between 60-78deg. the first few days humidity was around 70-90% and the last few days its been less than 30%.

Here is a discovery that very bothersome:
I bought 4 .75 gal hpu747 kits back in December. I opened them last week read the instructions, popped all 4 tops of the part A, popped all 4 tops of the part be and mixed them with a drill and paddle for 5 minutes, applied.

While i was waiting for norklad to call me back i investigated the cans and boxes. Turns out the Part A containers are a full gallon and the part B contained are only a quart. (remember only .75gal kit) Im not sure if the point is the gallon is supposed to be HALF full and you can pour the quart into the can to mix. whatever... I know beyond any shadow of doubt all 4 gallons are part A where filled to the top This means i believe the product was mixed at a 4-to-1 ratio instead of 2-to-1.:shocking:
I filled the quart container with water and verified that it took 4 fills to fill the gallon.
BTW, there are no size makings on the containers or labels.

Norklad CS called and i explained to them this and Andrew assured me if it was mixed 4-to-1 it would feel like a flytrap. But when i asked him about the containers he said it should have shipped a 1/2 gal container of A and a quart contains of B. Didn't sound like he believed i got a gallon container at all.
His response was it may take 7+plus days for full cure and a rubbery feeling is normal.

Who has used HPU747?
What size containers did you receive? How long for cure?
Any Rubbery felling
Any fingernail impressions?
What should i do?

was there room to pour the quart of B into the can of A?
Definitely not. I mixed them in a 5g bucket.
I'm still working with norkan on the issue. At first they said it should have been a 1/2gal container of A, and quart of B, but now he said it should be a half full gallon of A. However they make a 1.5g kit that does include a full gallon, meaning it would have been an easy mistake by the packer who put the kits together.

They said they have another product that will fix my floor, but nothing's Ben done yet

mine never set up properly and scratches very easily. If you take a key to it, it comes up in white powdery strands (imagine what's left over when you use an eraser). No one is sure what happened and I haven't attempted to rectify the problem yet but they're aware of it.

When did Andrew go back? Thought he left. All in all, they were easy to deal with and work with but I just haven't had a chance to sand everything down and re-apply something.

I wonder if yours just feels rubbery or whether it will come up easily too.

I haven't tried to scratch it hard enough to remove anything, but I'd imagine it would be similar.
Definitely still rubbery.

I'm not impressed with their customer service, I've sent a dozen professional emails, provided them with every bit of info they requested, and called also about a dozen times, not once had Andrew returned a call or email! It's like they are hoping I just give up.

It's been 4 weeks and today they are sending out 2 gallons of hp mc-700 that they say I can roll on top of the defective floor. Still requires me to take everything back out, sand the floor and reapply. With this not being a warranty issue, but rather unintentional sabotage, I likely should be demanding them to do all the repair

I'm sceptical, I'll report back.

Good luck with all of this mess.

The best you will probably ever get from them is a full refund for the product(s) purchased.
