Hello All!

I have (2) 2113 wizard garage doors openers that work great, though over the years remotes have been lost or damaged. So I purchased 2 new receivers and remote that I have set via dipswitch. Though when I try to operate the doors with the new remotes, nothing. Anyone interested in helping me with what I’m missing?

Thanks in advance!

Are the remotes and receiver operating on the same frequency?

According to the installation instructions, if you make contact between terminals 1 & 2 on the operator terminal strip on the back of the garage door opener unit, the garage door should open and close. Did you try that? Also the wire antenna on the remote receiver needs to be unfurled and hanging down.
Also I would check to see if there is 24V between terminals 1 &3 on the operator terminal strip.
