Problem with my York furnace rapid red code

I just got back home from a stay I had to do but this is what is going on when I got here the furnace if it was above 68 would just keep running and blow cold air so I look at it,it was flashing a cold for a clogged air glitter so I toke it out and replace it it work for a few days then it did it again so I just toke it out bec5it look clogged but her house is vary dirty because of the animals so I left it out it will run above 68 but it only blows warm air so I check the codes history and I got code 4 and 3 so I check the switch I blow in it and it click so I think it's okay now this is what's going on now the furnace will run but it blows warm air and there a rapid red light flashing witch is twinning error,incorrect 24 v phasing which I'm about to Google that but now if the furnace isn't running it flashes no cones just a green light could someone help me out it's a York tgs080b12mp11a thank you for you time

Did you check the limit/roll out switches?
Look on doors for furnace by wiring diagrams to see if there's a list for the fault codes.

The diagnostic fault code is twinning error,incorrect 24v phasing wich I'm about to look up i'm mechanically inclined this will be my first time working on a furnace I'm taking my time and being careful so any help would be vary thank full my aunt is hurting on cash and I got fired so money is tight so that's why I haven't called the pros

Do you actually have two furnaces that are wired off one thermostat, with a twinning wire connected between the two furnaces via the TWIN terminal on the control boards("twinned")? Just trying to understand exactly what might be going on and what the system set up is.

True twinning errors typically occur when one of the furnaces has it's 115V power supply and transformer 24V supply to control board out of phase, or a bad ground at the furnace.

If you do not have an actual twinned system, and the unit was working till now, and you have not changed any wiring at the control board then I would be checking for a grounding problem.

Try resetting the power and see if you get a different code.

I wouldn't recommend leaving the filter out if there are animals in the house. If she also has air conditioning, all of that fur can build up on the evaporator and restrict airflow and really cause some problems and be difficult to clean.
