Problem with Security System

Hi - I would like to know if anyone had an issues with a 2007 Pathfinder's security system. The car won't start, when in the start position the headlights come on, and the security light inside the dash flashes continuously. It will not crank. One mechanic mentioned the NATS antenna module, one other mechanic mentioned the ECM computer was faulty, and could be the problem. Which one is it? Thanks in advance.

Was there any changes recently? New key? Lost remote?

Have you, locked then unlocked the doors manually with the key, then try again (on each door that has a lock cylinder)? LMK!
