Well, what sort of tools do you have "hanging" right now, that you wanted to put in there?

It pretty much looks like a basic tool box, will take pliers, cutters, screwdrivers, sockets, ratchets, etc.

I see nothing "rolling" aka "roll cab" aka rolling cabinet in that pic.

2 door bottom box. Top box. Lumber.

Did I miss something?

Keep it and move up for what you can find new or on CL is my suggestion.
Boxes like your pics are penny on the dollar if sold used. BTDT.

Trades or work-in-kind nets you big payoffs though.

I think this is great, why fetch a few tools you need on the bench from a cab, toss stuff you want out of the way in there, convenience is king here in your own garage. This looks pretty good wouldnt embarras me in the least. God a good practical un pretentious work space you can get a car in to keep it running, whats not to like about all this. Cheap, dont like it. change it before adding more investment that might not be all that great in the end run.

I wouldnt buy everyuthing under the sun in a home hobby scheme, would keep the hand tools limited and buy a few things as needed, kind of on the go.

Depending on climate, next would be torch, welder, 4 1/2 grinder from Walmart if you didnt have one. And one of those 229 2 ton cherry picker if I needed rigging equipment.
