Is anyone else having problems with the update software for their Autel scanners? It took weeks of trying just to get the update client to update to the latest version. Now none of the individual update packets for the manufacturers will update (the download always fails). I have a ML629 which has lifetime updates so there is no need for a subscription.
I've contacted Autel multiple times and have never received a response or any kind of support. I'm thinking of switching to Innova. Has anyone had any success with them?
