Hey all,
I own a shop in CT with 2 CleanBurn CB-2500's and one is malfunctioning. I've troubleshooted that waste oil pressure is not the issue (nozzle sprays) however I'm missing the air component. My functioning CB shows approx 17 PSI of air at the gauge while my non functioning one shows zero. I've removed the air pressure regulating valve, which was stuck, however even with the valve out of the air/oil valve block completely removed no shop air comes out of the block. I think I have an obstruction in it however I don't know if there are any check valves / solenoids in said block that could be restricting flow. I have 100PSI shop air at the fitting before the block. Any recommendations before I call my CB shop who consistently cleans my furnaces every summer however they NEVER fire when I need them to work? Me and the boys are starting to get cold...
Thanks in advanced and happy wrenching!
Tom
