So I am looking at the following heater for my little shop space 16x27' is the space.

I notice at NorthernTool they had a killer deal on the following heater -

The reason I like this is because it offers natural and propane option for heating (In Case I move)

So my question, does anybody have this, pro's vs con's?

Thanks!

#1- 75K BTU is way too big for your size shop unless you have no insulation at all.
#2- It's made in China.

You may want to consider the 45K BTU "Made in USA" Beacon Morris power vented furnace on sale at Menards. It includes an LP conversion kit and is also setup as a separate combustion chamber unit when used with their concentric vent kit. Has 10 year warranty on the heat exchanger.
