Prodex reflective Insulation?????

I thinking of insulating my 32x32 PB with this insulation,and wondering if any one has used it .Thanks

Here's a discussion from a few years ago: http://www.garagejournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=57607 It appears their R-value claims are questionable, those types of products may make a decent thermal barrier but there's no way they can provide an R-value of 16.

Better than nothing. Not worth what it costs. Not anything close to their inflated R values.
