Prodex???

I have a 30 x 40 pole building (Morton building/metal shed) that I would like to insulate. I see that Prodex is on sale http://www.insulation4less.com/Default.aspx. Is it wise to use this proproduct on the wall and ceiling? I hope to put the product horizontally on the ceiling to reduce the cubic feet I need to heat/cool. I live in MN so HEAT mostly.

I need to "patch" the shed as there are areas that allow hard driven rains and snow to leak in. I plan to use exterior caulk, unless you guys tell me not to.

I used it on the outside of my garage as a building wrap, then put vinyl siding over it. Seems to work pretty well.

This would need to go on the inside as the structure is already standing and sided.
