Hi all, Not sure what everyones opinions are about Online/ Pdf Catalogs, But I've never been overly a Fan of them (Honestly cant stand them). I also moved into a new house and haven't received a piece of mail in a year so this partly Prompted this whole thing.
Anyway So I decided to email the Customer service of each of the Following Brands in hopes they might have Print copies they would send to Customers... Here was my responses

STANLEY PROTO: Print catalog not offered on website, emailed me back within 24 Hours, Print copy Catalog is on its way!

S-K: Actually offers a Print copy of their catalog On their website, You just email and Ask!

Wright Tools: Replied within 24HR Print catalogs are Not available for customers, was told I would have to go to a Wright Dealer (NONE IN NEVADA) (Damn lol)

Grainger: Print catalog available by request on website! Woohoo

Snap-On: Was Most entertained by this reply as they not only offered to send me a catalog, they offered to ship me a Case of 10 if I wanted (nice customer service!)

APEX tool group: The reply said "We no longer send out paper catalogs, you can access catalog via Website" Damn :( {and a cold response}

Mac Tools: Charges $6... for a catalog? fast reply of only about 2 hours (But you form your own opinion on that as snap on offered me a case of 10 for free)

Eastwood: Catalog request available on website!

How did you get the Proto catalog? I've tried contacting them a couple times and each time they tell me they don't have a printed catalog.

S-K and Snap-on options still works. E-mailed S-K, got a reply the next day, catalog is on it's way. Snap-on had to go through the login, order, checkout process but was nonetheless still free.

I'll be trying the others as well. Need some good, updated purchase pondering material for the throne room.

Honestly, sometimes companies policies make no sense. You called up Stanley-BD and asked for a Stanley catalog. No problem, they sent one. So you called up Stanley-BD and asked for a Proto catalog. No problem, they sent one. So you called up Stanley-BD and asked for a Mac Tools catalog, for their most expensive highest profit tool line. Well, wait just a minute there, they don't just GIVE those away. You gotta get out a credit card and pay 6 bucks! I guess because nothing from a tool truck brand comes cheap.
