Hello, I received two quotes and looking for some advice from those more knowledgeable than myself. My garage is 400sqft, stem walls are to be included in coating.
1. $3300 - 1 day job, grind concrete, polyurea/polyaspartic with flakes - 15 year warranty
2. $2700 - 4 day job, grind concrete, 2x epoxy coats, flakes, polyaspartic - 1 year warranty
Should I be concerned with a 1 day job? Is there benefits to polyurea base that justifies additional cost?
