Program travel on Chamberlain Whsiper drive

Trying to program travel on my brand new opener. Following directions and I can only get it to move about 6-8" in either direction vs. the whole length of the track...I took a quick vid on my phone. (its :58 long)

-yes the sensors are lined up (both lights are on)

-I even unhooked trolley from the door and it does same thing.

Somethings not quite right, you didnt get the double click of the light relay to indicate the limit was set and the down arrow didnt light.

you probably needed to press enter again to set the top limit.
