Code here states that it has to be a certain height.I wanted it flush mount,could'nt do that if it was up right.

Looks really nice.

Tip: Make sure that place is kept well sealed from the outside and put down some rodent poison. If they get behind you plastic into the insulation you'll be very upset. Trust me, I know.:mad:

in the USA, the NEC prohibits a horizontal panel if there are 2 rows of breakers (basically ON cant be down)
