Nice future digs teach....but I am curious on the car doors. Are those 12' wide? That's gonna be a tight turn to clear if you plan to park 3 cars side by side...one will have to really turn into the middle sharply. My guess is this will be a 2 car.
My garage is 30' long too but I put in a 16' wide door and a 8' wide third car door. By having the 16' door, I can fit 3 cars side by side with plenty of car door room...and why I am asking about the garage car doors width and car capacity requirements...my garage doors.....

No water or plumbing in the garage. The doors are 9 wide. Planning for it to be a two car garage with possibly having space for a Classic to work on. I didn’t want windows. I will be doing the electrical. I haven’t decided about how many amps I’ll put in yet. It will be a sub panel from the house. Not heated and not insulated at this time. Maybe after I get the final inspection.

It wouldn't hurt to put in a couple windows. I can't count the number of times I've been in the shop and the power went out. Before I had windows it was a bumping, painful walk to the door. Now it's pretty easy. Sometimes I don't even turn on the lights to do things. If you are concerned about folks window shopping, then frost them. It's what I did.

Another Grabber Mustang, his and hers...vert and coupe. Thats the vert on the left. Now back to the OP thread about his garage.

Got roof, soffits done, installed J Trim and starter strip. Waiting for siding to come in and be delivered, had to order it to match the house

I agree there is a real value in adding window.

I see free windows almost everyday on Craig's List and at the shop of a local contractor who installs new vinyl replacement windows.
