Project ideas needed

Thanks to all in advance.
I have good grasshopper ztr setting here taking up room. The deck is shot.
It is the kind with the crazy wheel in back. I've tried to sell it without any luck.
I need ideas. Thought about turning into a small forklift. Kind of like a mini piggyback lift. Also thought of mounting a crane on the front.
There's no swap meets around here to make a shopping buggy out of it.
Please help

if i had a spare ZTR with hydraulic drive i would build somethign along these lines for my son

1. Mini excavator (kids toy, buy maybe useful too).
2. Brush grinder (rotary chain drum death machine).
3. Industrial wheelbarrow (power tilt bed in front).

Is the engine horizontal or vertical? If I had an extra ztr and everything worked on it, I'd make some type of side by side out of it. Add a dump bed and it would be useful for tons of projects!
