Need more tool storage on a budget? Can you clean and lube? Sand and paint if so moved? Then I've got your box.
Just picked up 2 boxes and before we clean, lube and shine I thought I'd offer them here. These boxes are rougher then I normally deal with and before we but a day into making them much nicer, I thought I'd offer them here. One of you guys may need more storage on a budget or wants a project.
First we have a Matco roll cab 53" long x 24" deep. I have a key and some liners. The drawers all function but the large one across the top and the deep bottom left definitely need lubed and possibly slides. I was told this box was bought in 1988 and used up until last year so there is plenty of wear and tear. The side view picture shows the worst. The front is not nearly as bad.

Next up is a Cornwell top box. It measures 33W x 18D x 20H. I have a key and some liners. All drawers work, some friction slides, some ball bearing slides. This box is probably of the same vintage as the Matco but don't know for sure. This box is heavy, it took two people to carry. It is in better shape than the Matco but is not cherry. Top and lock function properly.
$400. as is
This offer is good until we start working on the boxes, probably next week or so. We are located outside of Baltimore, MD.
