Just picked this guy up over the weekend;

its a '75 911s Targa.

While searching around on the web, landed on a neat story posted by Jack Olsen (fantastic setup btw!) which led here and to my project #2.

Have decent size garage to work with and after seeing Jack's work and others on the site, thought I should put a little more time and effort into mine. Here's what I've got so far;

I don't have exact measurements - but I've had it pretty full.

First thing first though - CLEAN and REMOVE junk. Now - to determine what is actually junk! I've got a project waiting. lol

The 911 look's like a fun project, I would have not guessed it was a Targa by the photo's but then again it use to be popular to convert them in to convertible's for higher resale.

What are your plans for it?

Previous owner was considering making a convertible or roadster using a newer hardtop. I've got the Targa bar and plan on putting it back and taking it for the most part stock. More of a resurrection vs a restoration since I will be attempting to do most of the work myself. Long term project.

Very nice project please keep us posted as you progress. The 911 is still one of my all time favorites so I'm very interested

Ha - quite a few cars indeed. Though part of the getting the 911 was to get rid of the 924s and 944. Hoping to keep things going in this post with the garage progress and 911 progress.
