Promark vise?

So, picked up this vise form a friend. Got it for the price of sparkplugs for his v10 ram. (so about 26 dollars+tax).

Cant find ANYTHING about this brand online. Find promark winches, not sure if its the same brand or what?

all it has is a large '4' on one side, and the number 50724. Not sure of COO, but assuming overseas.

Any info? Would like to maybe clean it up/clean the innards.

Almost certainly an import, but the casting looks almost too good to be Asian? Possibly another Record ripoff from merry old England?

Is the screw head chromed? That is a strong marker for Asia...

looks like my USA made Columbian D45 5.5" right down to the way the numbers and letters are cast in it.
