During my recent tool box painting I found this flare wrench hidden in the bottom of the cabinet. I picked this up at an auto parts store I worked at in the early 80's. (Wayne Bull Auto Parts in San Antonio TX) PROMATE was the value tool line that we had for those people that didn't want to pay for the SK tools that we considered our pro line. The interesting thing about PROMATE was that they had only a 5 year warranty. It never said that you had to have the receipt but good luck trying to prove the age of the tool.
