Good Day,
I did some searching but haven't found any information. Can a combination of vertical and horizontal venting be done with a Mr Heater Maxx unit? I think two 125,000 BTU units will work well in my shop at the back in opposite corners each slightly angled to hit the doors that are 65' away. Shop Volume is 33,000 cubic feet and with a 50 degree rise I'm at about 220,000 BTU's.
Venting is a bit of a challenge because my walls are block and I have big 12' wings on the sides of the buildings so I can't run it out the sidewalls. What I'd love to do is run it up into the attic then out the gable end at the back of the shop. Basically I'd have a 90 on the back of the unit taking the vent into the attic space then another 90 taking it out the back. Is it possible to do this? The total run wouldn't be very long, probably 10' max. I really want to avoid vertical out the roof because I don't want penetrations as its heavy snow country.
