I have a self-igniting propane torch nozzle that uses a flint form a Zippo lighter. Plus found an old style halide leak detector for freon that uses a propane torch.

I hear (but have not bought) that they make propane conversion valves for the old Coleman liquid fuel stoves. Take your red tank off - plug a propane tank in with the valve. Makes the stove much more versatile.

You can do alot of things with portable propane cylinders these days.

I also find it really nice that you can move the torch around all angles without the flame fluctuating especially when the tank starts getting low.

Nice! I was just using a weed burner today to melt some of this snow off some 1" plate. Plate was so cold that it took a while to fully melt the ice off.
