Picked a box of these up? What is the proper name to these? Are they drillspots? Any value in them? This one says Hargrave 3/4 800. Thank you.

yep star drill, very little value to most.

That is a star drill that you use with a hammer trying to get a hole in concrete. A lot of work and not used much anymore as SDS drill does the hole in less than 1/100 of the time it takes with a star drill.
