Proper Place To Report Scammer

I was wondering what is the proper place on the forum to report a scammer?

I actually think there should be a section IN the classifieds called "Trader Feedback"

Simply have the person's name and who has has good or bad transactions with them.

That way it doesn't clutter up the forsale thread or the wanted thread.

You can PM a mod or the admin. We will do what we can. Sometimes, that's not much.

Or a "Bad Trader" thread would be great just giving a general rundown of the events that landed the person in the thread.That way the other users can decide if what they did warrants you not dealing with them.Some of the info is lost if a member took weeks to ship but then ends up coming through only after getting Mod's involved.The rest of the members will have no idea this happened,And in my case I would decide never to deal with said member.
