Last night I ordered a CDI torque wrench from zoro, well wouldn't you know it today I open my email and there's a discount code for 20% off of $150 order for "cyber week" I thought all the sales were over so I didn't even think about it when I placed my order. So I figured it was late last night when I sent in my order maybe I can just call add another item (torque wrench was $140) and maybe they will let me get in on the discount. Called and talked with a customer service gentleman told him the situation and asked if I could add to the order. He said unfortunately the order is already to far along.
I figured oh well worth a shot
....He then told me he would send in a request to amend the order and put the discount towards it.
I said I'm confused my order didn't quite qualify for the discount since it was only $140 he said not to worry about it and would take care of it.
Great customer service right there, he even called me right back and left me a message telling me he didn't have to send a request that he went ahead and took care of it so my new torque wrench would be arriving in my hands on time with a new total price of $112. Happy camper right here. Thanks to zoro for taking care of there customers.
