Has anyone heard of these people? I am looking for a good analog multimeter, but don't need a Simpson. I have 2 Fluke 87 which work great, but some time you really need to see the needle move, old school.

Haven't heard of Proskip.

Depends on exactly what you need. A volt-ohm meter, or an amp clamp meter? DIY work or occupational duty? Bench work or rooftop duty?
Hard to go wrong with one of the old Amprobe clamp meters.

I have found several old school analog meters for various jobs at yard sales for cheap.

I looked it up and an Amazon vendor (not Amazon itself) is selling it for $60. Just about everyone else who is selling it, or a another brand MT 2017, for around $30.

The meter itself doesn't seem to be anything special. OK for working with lower voltages but I'd want something better for higher voltages.

What do you intend to do with the meter?

I will be using it mostly for home use. I can use my Amp probe to check amp draw, my Fluke to check voltage AC and DC. My main objective continuity testing with an audible tone. I really miss the sweep of needle on the analog meter over my Fluke

It's probably fine for home use. I can't comment on that meter specifically but I have a couple of similar analog asian meters and they're OK. I also can't really get excited about the price, even at $30, because lightly used lower end analog meters can be just about a giveaway nowadays. But that's a something of a right time and right place proposition.

Check out your local electronics supply outlet. My store has about 1/4 of the store full of older, used equipment that they're selling for cheap. Phones, phone jacks, computer cables, that sort of thing.

They have a aisle full of little analog electrical gauges that they pulled out of cases (or non-repaired testing equipment that they've scrapped) that they're selling individually.

Heck, here's their website. Give 'em a call. You never know.
