Protect Shed Floor? Epoxy?

I have an almost year old shed that is still in pristine condition - However.. I'd like to do more to protect it long term.

Flooring is 3/4 PT plywood, and shed is off the ground on 4x4 runners an concrete blocks, so no exposure to moisture from what I can tell.

I'm mostly interested in protecting against equipment, oil, gas, etc...Aaand give it a nice look. Thinking about the epoxy kits - Can these be installed on wood, and would they work in a place like the shed?

Rust Bullet works on wood. I've seen a bunch of pictures of people putting it on their trailer floors.

whatever you go with, buy extra. the wood will absorb a lot.

We would suggest a coat or two of our SPGX. Easier to apply than epoxy and more resistant than epoxy/urethane combos and applies easily to wood.

The wood should be sanded first and tested with water droplets to make sure it absorbs since it is PT. Non absorbing wood cannot be coated.

Also since we are assuming this is not a large area, consider some of our super priced overstock www.supratile.com. Easy to install in just an hour or two!

Good Info here! Anticipate quite a bit more epoxy for putting it down on wood, and likely do multiple coats to "prime" the wood. Its not uncommon for a coat or two to disappear into the wood.
