Protecting driveway from oil?

This isn't exactly a garage question, but does anyone know of a sealer I could use to help protect my concrete driveway from oils? It's a brand new driveway, I think it was laid about 2 weeks ago.

I live in the San Francisco Bay area so I'm not concerned about snow or crazy temperatures.

Or does anyone NOT recommend doing that to their driveway?

Thanks

Brandon

My driveway is sixteen years old and was sealed once when it was a year old.

Since then, I have just let the patina build and high pressure wash any oil stains away as they occur. I kind of like the look it has now. A couple of examples....

My neighbor got his driveway paved 2 years ago, he said the concrete guy told him to seal it at the end of the summer each year and that's what he's done. He power washes it, lets it dry for a week and then seals it.

You should talk to Legacy Industrial.
I've used polyurea and HD6600-MMA. The HD6600-MMA is the less expensive option.
Polyurea, I absolutely love, but it might be a little pricey for a full driveway. Polurea oil wipes right up - as well as just about everything else, short of acetone based solvents.

Bay area- an electric car comes to mind! That should take care of almost all oil- right?

Hahahah electric car, that's funny.

I do have a pressure washer, what kind of sealer did you use?

I will definitely look into that.

The concrete was just poured about 2 weeks ago so no rush, gotta let it settle.

Electric car :lol::lol::lol:
Just kidding, if your into that go for it but not my thing.

Ummmm......keep your cars in a better state of repair? My wife's 200,000 mile '05 F150 doesn't leak a drop of anything, neither does my son's '06 Chrysler. If I see any drops of fluid it gets hunted down and fixed. Can't stand leaks.
