454ragtop, thanx with free shpg that's a good deal! Luckily I checked the Hot Deals thread over my morning break and by the time I completed the checkout the available quantity went from 5>0 ! Grainger seemed to be the only place to buy these at twice the price but have been out for a while. I ordered the 3/8" drive version from this eBay seller over the weekend,should have posted but didn't know if was a smoking deal:

So there is no confusion, the link in post#5 is the flex model of the 3/8" indexing ratchet(J5257FL). The seller sent me an email alerting me to the mistake with updated pics on the listing asking me which item I actually wanted . The seller also has the non-flex model(J5257L) for sale for $5 less here it is:
