proto 1inch breaker bar?

Guy on clist says he has an 8668 1" bar but all I can find is a 5668 bar which is only 3/4". He also says its 16". Short to me. Something isn't adding up

Ask for pics of part number. I don't put much (read any) faith into the average craigslist person. Tape measures are tricky devices.

It just does not add up. Proto's 1" sliding t bars are longer than that. Hinge bars are over 2 ft long too.

Try a 5868 in my experience with proto socket and ratchet number the drive goes like this
47= 1/4 inch drive
52= 3/8 inch drive
54= 1/2 inch drive
56= 3/4 inch drive
58= 1 inch drive

He sent me a Pic but I can't load from my phone. Looks like 8668 to me but you know how proto stuff gets specs of rust on the prt # to confuse you.

There was no price or picture in the ad. He told me he could do 30. Not a great picture and now he has listed at 19inch. I'm so confused. Think ill pass but id at least like to know what it is. Gut is telling me is not 1inch

Looking at his pic I think it is a 5668. That would make it a 20" 3/4 drive. I wouldn't give more than about $20. New they aren't that bad.

5668 is $35.70 on Zoro with this deal for the next few hours.

I'd most definitely pass and get the shiny new one for less than $36.
