I found a vintage proto no. 2010 90* wrench type thing. does anybody know what they are for? there is one on ebay now but there is no description.

it's is an economy type of brake shoe spring tool as the higher cost tool would be a pliers type of spring tool. The smooth end slides the spring on and the other end you rotate to remove the springs, kind of cam them off.
