It says I can’t view my order status/history without an account number. I made an online account (that’s how I made the order) but when I log in it just shows my name and email address; no order info.

How do I view the order on their website?

Scroll all the way down on your email. It’s there lol no need to sign up. At least for me.

I ordered 1 for pickup yesterday and it originally showed backordered. Got the same email this morning saying it should arrive March 16th. Would be awesome if it actually shows up! I really needed a new ratchet to replace the crappy craftsman raised panel in my truck box and this would be perfect!

I ordered one this AM an got the email stating likely delivery on 3-15. Hope that happens!

I'm a big Proto fan--a couple of months ago I ordered the ratchet in this set from Zoro--it alone cost more than the whole set. Just the universal and the extensions would cost darn near what this did. By the way, I like the ratchet.

Like jumbojack said, I like the metal box and hope it comes with that. No indication on the Proto site what box this set comes with but if the metal that'd be great.

Seems somebody at Grainger made a boo boo but I just checked and the link is still live and for the same price.

Probably because I have both a different shipping and different credit card billing address than I had previously on my Granger account, which I haven't used for some time. So, they called my phone and got me to confirm that it was a legitimate order, not a fraudulent one. They were polite and took only a few seconds of my time. I appreciate that they did that to make sure I wasn't getting fraudulent charges on my account.

Just had to go in for one. Certainly don't need it but what the hell does that matter. Will stash it aware for my wife or kid to sell after I am dead. I have a list of everything and what it is worth to reduce the chance of them giving it to the junk man for a penny on the dollar.

Also, it's just plain fun to see if a deal like this comes thru or if it is too good to be true. We shall see...

I kept thinking about buying when it was cheap but didn't. I really don't need more 12 point sockets plus I really don't want a 45 tooth ratchet. Even if they are made in the US.
