Proto 540s detents ?

Hello all.
This is my first post have been lurking and reading for awhile now...Great boards

Picked up a used proto 540s and noticed a few drawers won't engage the detents. I've had all drawers removed and cleaned everything and greased. Anyone have this box or any ideas what could be the problem?

I can't get a great look at mine, but it appears there are a couple plastic tangs on the back of the drawer that engage into 3 spring loaded rollers in the rear of box. I would have to guess either the tangs are broken off or the rollers are not grasping because they are gummed up or have just lost their spring tension.
