Elroy would suggest you go straight to the source and contact Proto directly.

You should still be able to get a kit from them and if not send it in like I have and get a new ratchet from them for the cost of shipping.

Does anyone know the value of a 5449p?
I just purchased one with a large lot of tools. It appears to be unused the oxide finish on the socket plug doesn't have a scratch on it
