Generally impacts are overseas, chrome are US. Regular wrenches are US, ratcheting are overseas. It's a mixed bag.

Yes. I ordered a couple of replacement 1/2" drive chrome sockets last month, and they are still stamped 'USA'.

Some blackhawk stuff is still USA made.
Got a couple sets of those I use everyday. Id take them all day long over say sk gearwrench etc. A lot of blackhawk is taiwan unfortunately but still decent. USA stuff is good quality for a fair price.

I too have a couple sets that are USA made, but the recent orders my coworkers have placed yielded Taiwan made wrenches. How long ago did you order yours? We get all our stuff from Grainger and the sockets, ratchets and combo wrenches have all been Taiwan made as of late.

I know you can still get USA made Blackhawk sockets off the Protoindustrial.com website.
