Proto J5450BL

I am in need of a tough long handle 1/2" drive ratchet. I saw a Proto J5450BL ratchet at a pretty good deal. Just wondering if it has been out long enough to prove itself durable.

That ratchet has probably been around longer than you have been unless you're an old man in which case you already got one foot in the grave so it'll outlast you.

My bad,I assumed it was a newer version with the fine teeth and all. I am 44 and cant recall seeing one just like it before.

I take it is a good one?

I have it and yes, it's definitely a good one.

It is a J5450PBL instead of a J5450BL.

I bought a J5450BL off eBay and a J5450PBL showed up...at that point it was not worth returning the ratchet as being not as described and losing out on shipping costs. I really wanted the 24 tooth version...

Looks like the seller has since changed his auction.
