Proto made OTC ratchet?

This is a new one for me. Here is a quick pick. I thought proto for sure when I picked it up but the plate says OTC. Anyone heard or have one of these?

Cool find. Don't have any to add, but pretty sure I have seen them in 1/2 and 3/4 drive.
