proto/plomb plaques

I've found this plaque not too long ago and it is the very first time I came across one of them ever, didn't knew they existed and I got very interested in it. I look them up and couldn't find a whole lot about them if you do have one that looks like this or others and d'like to share it with me it will be very much appreciated. what I want is to replicate them as close as possible an make a few metal engravings like them
