Thanks for pointing out its a long pattern, I didn't know. I was waiting for a guy to finish looking through a bunch of tools, he took almost everything but this he left behind and for 25 cents it was a no brainer.

Some how I forgot to mention that it also is a transitional wrench with both proto and plvmb stamped into it. It was made around 1948 give or take a few years... It is also referred to as a lawsuit wrench. You can read all about it on alloy artifacts.
