Proto rebuild kit?

I got a 3/8 drive proto ratchet part number 5249xl. Know where I can get a rebuild kit for it?

Did mine through Grainger, but they might want you to have an account to do it.

They just ordered a kit and I picked it up and replaced the parts with no exchange/returns.

Why do you think you need a rebuild kit? Have you taken it apart and cleaned and lubed it?

It was seized when I got it. Took it apart to lube it up and the spring was broke.

I emailed their customer support and they just mailed me a head repair kit.
