Just picked this set up for $60. The bottom box is from 1966 and the Proto I'm not sure about. Overall good condition and no bad rust, just lots of grease. I have an idea of what the Rem-Line is worth but don't know much about the Proto. Any ideas?

It's a problem with the way your phone stores pictures.

Most people here are pretty good about helping people identify tools and related items. However, if your reason for posting is merely to gain info for the purpose of reselling, as you did with the last pair of boxes, you'll find most of us unwilling to be used in that manner. Best of luck.

I sold remline bottom box like that in about an hour after I posted it on Craigslist for $75.

To help people that are averse to sideways pics. And I have no clue why this happens.

The set is worth what you paid.

IMHO, the lower box with the rounded corners has value over some other box from the same period. I don't know if I can be as harsh as to say I won't help you resell that box so I'll say north of $100 to the right buyer.

Oh, you asked about the upper. Well, again, maybe a hunny to the right buyer.

Let's say that you paid 40 for the lower and 20 for the upper. You got a nice deal on two quality made boxes.

The Remlines are great. I have a daily use stack.

I would say if you cleaned them up, you could easily doubled your money. I personally don't mind helping people appraise the items they find.
