Basically as close to new as you can get, none of the sockets or extensions have ever been used, the ratchet might have been used a few times, from 3/8-7/8 shallow and deep all sockets are 12 point

The longer extension and the ratchet have some very very slight surface rust spots starting that would come right off with 0000 steel wool, the tray they are in is a real nice drawer ready foam board
