Proto Spinner Ratchet?

I was looking around ebay and saw this. I have a few spinner ratchets including a craftsman and a herbrand but have never seen a proto before. Does anyone else here have one of these?

I've seen other versions of Proto speeder ratchets go thru,never that exact style.Looks like it was made for adjusting a piece of machinery more than as a working ratchet.

It looks like you could use just a regular 1/2" proto rebuild kit and make it into a usable ratchet.
