I just picked up a complete set of Proto tool boards at an auction. My boards say the Official Tools Of the Indy 500. Now I have a proper place to store my Proto tool collection.

Man I love those boards. Just took a look through eBay and they are asking absolutely crazy money for them. To the OP, I know this thread is old, but I saw a couple empty spots I could help you fill. PM me if interested/still here.

Here's one I picked up last week. Someone pulled out the metal rods, but it's still a nice piece.ImageUploadedByTapatalk1420590548.682832.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1420590559.882219.jpg

I got super lucky and paid 3 bucks a panel @ 8 panels for a total of $24 plus tax. Trust me I know I got super lucky BUT.... I have been looking for them for a long long time.

My wife saw the ones on ebay for $250 each and demanded I sell them.

The night almost ended up in a divorce when I refused.

I bet it did! I am so jealous! Although, it'd just make me buy even more tools! Let's put it this way, I won five auctions on ebay last night alone just trying to fill my piddly 1/2" drive board.........:willy_nil
