Realized it was in the wrong place!!
Hey all,
Going through my deceased brother's garage, and found this.
Spent a bit of time trying to figure this one out, cannot find anything out there
that comes up with Proto box 9960. Sorry, the upload tool flipped the photo upside down.
Seems like it should be easy to find info about this cabinet.

Gonzo: welcome to the forum and sorry to hear about your brother. sorry to say the old tool box isn't worth much as is, but if you have the talent to restore it i bet it would look great. i think i saw you posted it in the vintage section and the guys on there know a lot about this age of toolbox. since there might be close to 100 hours or maybe more to restore that box most of the guys here wouldn't pay much more than $50-100 for it if you are looking to sell it. if you restore it then its worth 3 times that much.
