I recently inherited this torque wrench amoung other tools. Any info?

That is a old one. Probably 1960's or 1970's vintage. If going by your picture of showing the current set range, the calibration is probably shot if it was not stored on the lowest setting. Those were usually adjustable but most calibration shops will charge you a minimum of $50 to check the current calibration and at least another $25-$50 to adjust it back in specification if it can be at all. The current new ones closest to that model are running a $150, so you will be into at least 3/4th the cost of a new one if you want to return that to service.

It says Proto Los Angeles. I think that makes it 1950s vintage. Looks like it's in very good condition if it's actually that old. Nice inheritance.
