Here is a few prototypes of what I would call freezer/ fridge.crate dolleys
we do a lot of work in lived in rental units. it's always a PITA to move fridges and freezers around.
I came up with this idea , essentially a 4 wheel dolley that we jack the item up with, then it has 4 swivel casters we can easily move where ever we want.
no more having to unload/load the fridges . it came in handle to move the TV too, . and a godsend for the freezer/.

Those are available commercially and usually have a ratchet ******** each one to lock them to the freezer/safe/desk to help keep them coming loose. They retail for $500 or so but you have much cheaper/easier design. You could add a set of ratchet load straps that would help with using it.

yes, sort of used the ideas from the commercially available ones and implimented my own design to them .the reason I have the strap under neath is so a fridge door can still be opened while on the dolly. it's actually very stable once it is ratcheted up tight . we fooled with several versions until I landed on this design.
once I paint it I also will line the plate with rubber
