Pry Bar Holder, New Designs

Hey guys, I took your suggestions, and created a few more types of pry bar holders. The first is simple, with a small upturned flange to retain the pry bars. The second, uses a door that keeps the pry bars in their place, but the pry bars can be lifted out without opening the door. The third is a complete cabinet, that can be locked. A lock and key would be provided. The first design would be the cheapest and easiest. The second would cost a little more to make, as well as ship. The cabinet....well, I would recommend that if you didn't mind spending a couple bucks.

The last one seems the most secure. Otherwise one could grab the handle, lift and use the prybar in a rocking motion to help break through the lock.

Unfortunately there is no deterent to a determined thief.

Wantedabiggergarage, the second design is not for theft deterence, it is simply a means of retaining the pry bars during moving of the tool box. The third design is intended to actually secure the pry bars. Vette-kid, I would be happy to show you pictures, but I have not made one. I won't make one until someone requests it to be done. I don't have any pry bars, so I have no need. As far as a price, probably around 30-35 dollars. We can figure that out later though. I just need a request for one first. Or, I will make one for Stanger, and you all can see that one in action.

I like this option. :)

THen Ill wait to see this if its in progress. But I really think I would like one (the top design). My stupid magnetic holder just about falls off everytime I grab one of them. Annoying as hell! Anyway, Ill take some measurements later and get back to you.

Vettekid, I'm waiting on Stanger to give me some dimensions. I'll put pics up as soon as the first one is done. If you want pictures sooner, crab at Stanger. Tell him you will take his place as my new product tester if he doesn't get in gear.

Damn boy, I just got you the pry bars! I'm going to the garage now, yessir! Haha, seriously though, I'll get your dimensions soon. It looks like you'll have a few mounting options on my box as there are 6 holes, I was just checking it out.

I assume that means you got the dimensions to him? Out of curiosity, what kind of box are you putting it on?

How on earth am I supposed to know you put pictures in my photobucket unless you tell me? I must say, you may be worthless at measuring things. Everybody has their own way though. I can only assume about 15&5/16 center to center, and about 1/4 holes? I'll get it cookin tomarrow, maybe thursday.
